Kenedi with Hair Straightened (Center)
Hello! This is me, Kenedi. My pronouns are she/her/hers!
As mentioned earlier, I grew up about forty-five minutes outside of Nashville in Murfreesboro, TN. I have been singing nearly since birth and been studying voice since elementary school. I discovered theatre around my middle school years but did not begin performing regularly until high school, and soon thereafter, I discovered that my ultimate calling was to advocate for change in the entertainment industry. Theatre needs more inclusivity - whether that be in reference to gender, ethnicity, race, people with disabilities/challenges, or any other kind of representation. I plan to work every day to promote action in support of that important goal. From the moment I graduate from college, I will actively implement theatre as a vehicle for social change, beginning with making live theatre more accessible to the deaf community and working from there, channeling energy towards reaching greater heights and achieving equality for all.
My interests outside of theatre include playing the piano, crafting my American Sign Language skills, hiking, teaching, writing, and spending time with my hamster, Turtle!
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I hope you will reach out so I can get to know you as well! ♡
